What is the trademark registration?
A trademark is a sign expressed in one or more colours such as words, images or a combination of both, used to distinguish goods or services of different organizations and individuals.
Legal services:
- Confirm the feasibility of the trademark registration;
- Register the Trademark in Vietnam and/or internationally;
- Transfer of registered trademarks, including advising on the transfer and drafting of all related documents (e.g. contract for the transfer of IP rights);
- Adjustments to the trademark owner’s information on protection titles or applications;
- Extend the validity of trademark protection titles;
- Carry out procedures to protest, complaint or cancel the validation of protection titles;

Industrial Design
What is the industrial design?
Industrial design is the outside appearance of a product, expressed in shapes, lines, colours or a combination of these factors, used to distinguish goods from different organizations and individuals.

What is copyright?
Copyrights are the intellectual property rights of the organizations and individuals on works they have created such as computer programs, products, packaging images, music, writings or photography.

Technology Transfer
What is technology transfer?
Technology transfer is the transfer of ownership or the transfer of the using right of a technology, such as a solution, a process or a know-how between individuals or organizations.
Legal services:
- Check and assess the feasibility of registration before registering at competent agencies;
- Determine whether the technology to be transferred is subject to restriction or prohibition of transfer;
- Determine whether you must apply for consent before submitting a registration application;
- Submit a technology transfer application to competent authorities;
- Consult, draft explanations and descriptions of technology transferred during the registration process;
- Carry out procedures for objections and complaints during the registration process;
- Draft and review technology transfer contracts with an individual or organization at home or abroad.
