Biography

Mr. Tran Van Hoang is currently a legal specialist at M&A Vietnam and works at the office in Ho Chi Minh City. After joining M&A Consulting in 2019, he has been in charge of investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, foreign labor, and other activities of enterprises as contracts, and compliance. During his time at M&A Vietnam, he has been in charge of implementing and supervised M&A Vietnam’s legal services to foreign clients from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Lithuania.
