The Services shall be used without causing damages, injury or unfair competition to M&A Viet Nam. You shall only use our Services if they do not conflict with or violate the laws of your jurisdiction(s). By using our Services, you accept sole responsibility that you or any member of your family and/or organization use of and/or access to our Services do not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction(s).

Personal account and account termination
By creating your personal account, you will notably be able to log-in to view your invoices, updates on your case and documents required and provided by M&A Viet Nam (if any). M&A Viet Nam reserves its right to refuse to create, suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice nor specific reason and at its sole discretion.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services and Services Content. As a registered user, you are licensed to keep, for your own personal records, electronic or physical copies of Services Content. You may not copy them for any other purpose that the one we intend for them to be used. Resale or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited. Any right not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved by M&A Viet Nam. When you transmit user content to M&A Viet Nam, you grant M&A Viet Nam and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display any such content, including throughout the world in any media.
You can pay the Services by bank account transfer or by using online payment tool(s). Prices and payment terms will be made in accordance with M&A Viet Nam’s requirements. When using online payment, you shall provide complete and accurate information. In case of providing incomplete or incorrect information, M&A Viet Nam is entitled to refuse to perform the Services. Information regarding online payment is protected by data encryption. However, online payment will be redirected to third-party websites and any issues arising out of or in connection with such third-party shall be resolved by such third-party.
When you use our specific service, the Terms and Conditions of Service will be used to govern the parties. You agree that the Terms and Conditions of Service use are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions of Use and have the same binding obligations of the parties.
Governing laws and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and any dispute that cannot be solved through negotiation will be resolved by the competent People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
